Chef Kevin Armstrong is the newest member of the team at Maxwell’s Restaurant & Lounge in Lincoln City.

Here is what Doug had to say about their new chef, “With Chef Kevin’s experience in the industry and his passion for food, he is going to help bring our establishment to a new level. We as a team believe Chef Kevin will be able to bring a unique taste to the region that no one else has – a unique coastal flavor.

Chef Kevin has a number of years in this industry training under top chefs from around the world at the Four Seasons, Westin Hotel and Wolf Gang Puck’s Spago Maui. With Chef Kevin just coming on board you will begin to see major changes coming and a new birth for Maxwell’s. Chef Kevin is bringing this old-time restaurant to an exciting new level.”
